Client: University of Salford

The University of Salford recently procured the refurbishment of one of their halls via Construction Impact Framework (CIF). Located in the University’s landmark Maxwell building, the lower hall is utilised for the staging of exhibitions etc. and works carried out included general redecoration, replacement of window blinds and balustrade, and the installation of acoustic panels.

D&G Builders & Joiners were the CIF supply partner appointed to carry out the works, and the results are fantastic, as the photographs below demonstrate.

Construction Impact Framework is a value based socially driven framework; please have a look at our social impact case studies to see how the University of Salford and Construction Impact Framework are changing lives through procurement.
