Liverpool John Moores University recently procured the services of an architect and quantity surveyor via Construction Impact Framework (CIF) to undertake a high-level masterplan of the University’s Mount Pleasant campus. The works will include an assessment of the University’s current facilities, a review of future space demands and the setting out a range of options on how future space demands across the campus can be met.
ADP Architecture (architects) and C4 Projects Ltd (quantity surveyors) were the CIF supply partners appointed to undertake the works.
