Construction Impact Framework (CIF) is delighted to announce that Salix Home Developments Ltd has chosen to procure a main contractor to carry out phases 3 & 4 of their ambitious Poet’s Corner development in Swinton, Salford through the framework.

The £10 million scheme will see the demolition of old properties and the construction of 90 new 2,3 & 4-bedroom properties along Stevenson Road, Kingsley Road, Tennyson Road, Blantyre Street and Wordsworth Road. Due for completion in 2021, the development will offer prospective buyers with stylishly designed, contemporary homes in a prime location outside Salford Quays and Media City UK.

The Casey Group are the CIF supply partner who have been appointed to undertake the scheme.

We are looking forward to working with both The Casey Group and Salix Homes Developments Ltd over the coming months, and reporting on the on-site progress as it is made. CIF is a value-based, socially driven framework and this scheme will generate significant funds to be invested in social initiative/s across Salford.
