Client – The Regenda Group


The Regenda Group recently procured M&E works via Construction Impact Framework (CIF) in relation to two new-build developments in Merseyside. The Crosby Road North development in Waterloo will see the erection of twenty apartments together with associated parking and landscaping for shared ownership. Whilst the Beechwood Garden’s development will see the erection of fourteen two-bedroom apartments together with associated parking and landscaping for shared ownership, on a cleared site in Cressington.

Davies Partnership are the CIF supply partner appointed to carry out M&E works for both developments. Managing Director Tony McDonnell spoke of his delight at their appointment:
