Liverpool City Council appoints Skyline Property Solutions to carry out school refurbishment works
Liverpool City Council through Construction Impact Framework (CIF) have appointed Skyline Property Solutions to carry out refurbishment works as part of the council’s Summer Schools Refurbishment Programme. Skyline were appointed last month following mini competition through the framework and commenced works in July 2020 at Broadgreen Primary School.
The works to be carried out by Skyline make up Phase 1 of the schools planned refurbishments, the general refurbishment works comprise of:
- The replacement of windows in the junior block
- First and second fix rewiring
- The refurbishment of 4 classrooms including lighting, decoration and flooring
- Replacement of internal doors
- Installation of gates
The works carried out by Skyline are to take place during the school summer holidays with an estimated completion of late August 2020.
