Liverpool City Council appoints Skyline Property Solutions to carry out school works


Liverpool City Council have appointed Skyline Property Solutions through Construction Impact Framework (CIF) to carry out refurbishment works as part of the councils Summer Schools Refurbishment Programme. Skyline were appointed June 2020 following mini competition through the framework and commenced works in July 2020 at Knotty Ash Primary School.

The works to be carried out by Skyline make up Phase 1 of the schools planned refurbishments, the general refurbishment works include:

  • Installation of ceiling void fire barriers
  • Internal fire door replacements and redecoration
  • 1st fix rewire and a localised partial 2nd fix rewire
  • New suspended ceilings and fire stopping roller shutter in the hall

The works carried out by Skyline are to take place during the school summer holidays with an estimated completion of late August 2020.
