Liverpool City Council Appoints CIF Supply Partner Senate Mech


Liverpool City Council through Construction Impact Framework (CIF) have appointed Senate Mech to carry out M&E works as part of the council’s Summer Schools Refurbishment Programme. Senate have been directly appointed through the framework and are due to starting works July 2020 at Norman Pannell Primary School.

                       

The works to be carried out by Senate makes up Phase 2, comprising of the removal and replacement of existing distribution system and emitters. The new heating distribution pipes are to be generally run at high level or within the ceiling void.
