Liverpool City Council Appoints CIF Supply Partner The James Mercer Group


Liverpool City Council through Construction Impact Framework (CIF) have appointed The James Mercer Group to carry out M&E works as part of the council’s Summer Schools Refurbishment Programme. James Mercer have been directly appointed through the framework and are due to starting works July 2020 at Woolton Primary School.

The works to be carried out by James Mercer make up Phase 2, comprising of the replacement of the existing heating distribution system including radiator, fan convectors and pipe work covering approximately 50% of the buildings floor area. The new heating distribution system pipes are to be generally run at high level or within the ceiling void.
