Client: Liverpool John Moores University

Liverpool John Moores University recently procured minor refurbishment works via Construction Impact Framework’s (CIF) refurbishment lot. The minor works programme included the supply and installation of new laminate fire door sets, and providing support and supervision to the specialist fire batting contract responsible for carrying out passive fire protection works to risers and escape routes within core areas of LJMU’s Henry Cotton and Tithebarn Street buildings.

Skyline Property Solutions were the CIF supply partner appointed via direct-award to undertake the works. Following a 6-week programme of works, the scheme was completed on time and on budget.

Construction Impact Framework is a value based socially driven framework; please have a look at our social impact case studies to see how Liverpool John Moores University and Construction Impact Framework are changing lives through procurement.
