CIF Supply Partner Skyline Successfully Completes LJMU Redmonds Building Room Refurbishments
As part of their summer works scheme Liverpool John Moores University procured several projects through Construction Impact Framework (CIF). Through mini-competition Skyline Property Solutions were appointed to carry out room refurbishments in LJMU’s Redmonds Building and basement refurbishment in Egerton Court.
CIF supply partner Skyline commenced works in early July 2019, with the project split over two main sites with works including;
The refurbishment of an existing teaching space and office in the Redmonds Building in order to convert the space into a media suite. As well as the general room refurbishment, works also included the installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
The refurbishment of multiple basement rooms in Egerton Court to reconfigure a general staff room and several meeting rooms in order to provide an academic staff area with multi use purpose.
The scheme was complete in September 2019 and will now provide both staff and students with quality multi-purpose work study areas. The refurbishment and conversion of these spaces was complete by Skyline both on time and on budget.
