Client: Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust

Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust recently procured small works via Construction Impact Framework (CIF) to be undertaken at the Trust’s Clinical Science Building (CSB) at Salford Royal Hospital. The scope of works revolved around the refurbishment of corridors and associated and offices; works included; suspended ceilings and associated works, decoration, re-flooring, replacing existing lighting and fire alarms, stairwell decoration, and several office refurbishments.

City Build Manchester Ltd. were appointed via direct appointment to carry out the works. Following a short programme of works, the scheme was completed on time and on budget.

Construction Impact Framework is a value based socially driven framework; please have a look at our social impact case studies to see how Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and Construction Impact Framework are changing lives through procurement. In the past, such investments made in partnership with SRFT include the provision of specialised wheelchairs for use by the volunteers service at Salford Royal Hospital, as well as the sponsorship of 20 places for young people on the Prince’s Trust Volunteers Programme. We are excited about the potential impact we can make on other people’s lives through future investments with SRFT.
